Very attractive sculpture titled "La 1ere Fleche" (First Arrow) by Auguste Moreau (French, 1860-1906), signed Aug. Moreau. Marble and ormolu base. Gold wash body. Tag states that the piece won "Medaille d'Or at The Salon des Beaux Arts". A collector's piece.
