Payment Policy

We currently accept cash, checks, and money orders.

Shipping Policy

For out of Massachusetts checks, we  will ship items within 7 days of check clearing.

Returns Policy

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by notifying French Antiques Direct and by returning the Property to French Antiques Direct in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
